Well what I am trying to do is have my original save file that I did by myself and the save file I got off wiisave together so when I go to the main menu on Mario galaxy where I pick my save file I have the choice. So I don't have to go through the hassle of having to save files floating around on SD cards.

Can anyone help me. I'm sorry if I'm not articulating enough...

    Anyone?
You know on Mario you can have multiple save files. I want my save and the one I got off line there. Both of them. But I need to know how to do it.

This is not an instant message service, it is a forum site, which means it can take days or even weeks to get a satisfactory answer. Posting multiple times is not going to make someone answer any sooner; it's just going to annoy people into explaining the difference between this site and a chat service to you.

I understand what you're trying to do, and it can't be done at this time. The Wii Memory will only accept 1 of any save file, which means that if you have more than one save file that you want to be able to play, you'll just have to have multiple SD cards with different saves on them that you continually switch out.

There is no way to 'mix' saves among different files (for example, RE: Umbrella Chronicles allows you to have 3 saved games per file; there is no way to make one of the saved games on a file a downloaded save from Wiisave and still keep your own file as one of the other 3 saved games).

Ah okay thanks and most forums do work that way.

  1.

actually no they don't. They only seem to work that way because they have large quantities of Users who are checking the forums all the time, because the forums have been around for a while. Wii Save Forums still have a very low user base. We have only been around for a little more than a year as far as the site goes.. but the forums are still relatively new.I know I myself only check these forums once a week on average.. Ive been checking more often lately..

Forums like other places besides Wiisave. I'm getting sick of people quickly jumping on to criticize people, which is what people seem to do on forums.

you can give it a try if you like and if you no code. i have tried the only thing i can do is convert the ascii code to unicode then to hex or something in that rang. this is what a save game file looks like when opened it with a text editor like note pad.

Isn't that what Ant.Frandsen already said? Places that have a larger user base?

Regardless, what you're used to is still not what a forum is for. Get AIM if you want instant answers.

I'm sure that you are. I’m sick of people who don't know forum etiquette spamming the boards with multiple posts in one thread and bumping their threads 3 times in a few hours, so I suppose we’re even.
