    So I was thinking... would it be impossible to make something that can turn NTSC saves into PAL ones? I'm not an expert with this, so I have no idea how they really work. But I was wondering if someone 'in the know' could tell me.

    Nope. They tried, but further research is needed. I know, I wish this was possible sometimes.

    You need a Trucha signer to do it. I haven't messed with it yet but I'd like to look into seeing if it's something that WiiSave can legally do for users.

    Check and see if you can turn PAL into NTSC (such as the mario kart PAL save) :)

    i dont think you can, because with my video camera, i can change it from NTSC to PAL, and the "flicker rate" is 10 hz different. if you can slow down the flicker rate of an NTSC game, or speed a PAL one up, you might have a chance, but i honestly dont think you do. ( no offence )
