    I recently downloaded a save for the USA Battalion Wars 2. It was a .rar file and it didn't work. I changed it to a .bin but it came up as a question mark. Can someone please make a new USA battalion wars 2 save or tell me what to do? Any relevant comments are appreciated. Thank you!

    A .rar file is just like a .zip file. You need WinRAR to open it

    A .rar file is similar to a .zip file; you need a program called WinRar in order to unpack it (the .bin file that you need is likely inside).
