On the MKWii save, what do you mean by "at your own risk?" Does WiFi glitch up?

I had to put the disclaimer in there just in case Nintendo starts banning people for cheating. A few of my time trial times are far less than honest.... something like 0:00:00.235 lap times on a few tracks

Can you get banned for using this MK save online? What happens when they ban you? Are you allowed to go online ever again?

if you delete the save data and start your own game, you should get a unique friend code and the replays / ghost times will go away.

I use FNG's save when playing with friends and a different driver's license when playing online.

I believe as long as its in your memory, the replay will show up if Im not mistaken.......
