    Are the instruments as awful as the ones for the Xbox 360? I can't say much about the PS3 instruments, but the Xbox 360 instruments break every few months or have an issue with them right out of the box (can't do drum rolls on the red pad, etc.)

    I've RMA'd around 4 guitars, 3 drum sets (about to do my 4th) and don't even get me started on the flimsy kick pedal. I know I'm not alone.

    Have you had to RMA your Wii instrument yet?

    no, i got my game on the day it came out, and played it for at least 5 hours each day, and my drums and guitar are still fine. i find that the pedal is thicker plastic than the PS2/3/360 pedals, but the pads are less sensitive. My strum bar on the guitar is starting to squeak, but ill just WD-40 that out. but i have the wii vesion, so they might have thought about all the problems from the others, and fixed them, (or at least tried). but i think the wii stuff will last longer than PS2/3/360 stuff.
