    I typed my user name and password in to the admin CP just to see what would happen and it said my admin level is 4. What does that mean.

    Just means your permission is set to group 4, which is the "members" group. The error messages for the admin cp don't make a whole lot of sense because we don't really care what kind of error you get there since you're not allowed in anyways.
