    How do you unzip zipped files? Im trying to get re4 for usa and its a zipped file...

    Just a normal .zip file? If you have windows xp, it'll allow you to open it the zipped file (just by double clicking it) and extract it to anywhere you want.

    If it's a .zip or a .rar and your computer doesn't know what to do with it, use winrar and it'll let you open the zipped file and you can drag and drop the contents of it anywhere you'd like.
