    is it posisble to change a jap sav to an ntsc sav and if so how

    Yes, there is a way to convert saves from a region to a region. I don't exactly remember how to do this since i haven't touched my Wii in over a year. If you really want to, try googling or find a converting request thread on a forum somewhere. I'm not sure if this site has one but i know a few others do.
