Wii General: problem with a file downloaded

    hey can you help me... days ago I downloaded a file of Guitar Hero 3 and when i copied it into the sd card it made it slow and in the wii is slow too. the problem is that when I want to eliminated it the folder freeze and i cant it says:
    error: 0x8007045D
    ca you please help me?
    i also speak spanish
