I'll try to be specify as possible.

    1. I download the file i wanted to play in, http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/wii/save/938877.html
    2. It came up as resident_evil_4_a.wii
    3. So i changed the name to Data.bin
    4. I made a folder according to the FAQ, Private/Wii/Title/RB4E/Data.bin
    5. I put the SD in, goto my Data management and to my SD files. It appears as empty boxes.

Anyone can help me fix this problem

Just make sure you're using the proper folder structure when you place it on your SD card. More info in the FAQ
